Episode 56 – Thal Woods – Speed, Strength and Diet

Thal Woods is an advocate for speed, strength and diet. In this interview we talk bout the need for both. Thal received a full ride athletic scholarship to Colorado State University and ran track there as well. Coach Woods received his degree in exercise sports science and went on to play in the arena football league for 6 years.

He currently works with lots of pro athletes including the Denver Broncos organization and has a Youth Track club team that competes through team USATF called Sprint 50. The great thing about Thal is that he not only coaches he also still competes. He is currently training to compete worlds in Spain.
